Dear Friend,
We are so grateful to Dr. Barbara Polla and her daughter Ada of Alchimie Forever for giving CITYarts the special opportunity to raise funds for our projects. As CITYarts thinks globally and acts locally, bringing young minds together to build bridges of cultural understanding, it is very fitting that a Swiss company that cares for human health and beauty is reaching out to support a New York organization and NYC youth. These funds will help our teens build their self-esteem while contributing to the landscape of their community as they create a beautiful mural celebrating nature and raising awareness of global warming. We strongly believe that when kids create, they do not destroy. Our new project Global HeART Warming will fuel our kids to become active participants in shaping their future. It will start with "How can I help reduce the speed of global warming?" Please come to enjoy the beautiful people who created such wonderful products. Personally, I love them both! Help us build a better future for our children. Stay cool!
Thanks again,
Tsipi Ben-Haim Executive & Artistic Director CITYarts, Inc.

Thinking globally and acting locally,
CITYarts' projects build bridges of cultural understanding and give
youth the opportunity to take an active role in shaping their future. The Young Minds Build Bridges program connects our youth in New York to the international
community, spreading their voices in a quest for peace and raising awareness of global warming.
Our projects give youth a stage to ask, "What
can I do to reduce the speed of global warming?" Our teens are taking
the future into their own hands, getting actively involved in their
communities, and assuming responsibility through the creation of murals
and mosaics with CITYarts.
Since 1968, CITYarts has created 268 projects that have
transformed communities and impacted over 100,000 kids, collaborated
with more than 500 artists, and partnered with over 300,000 volunteers
in the process. Thank you in advance for your generous support and for
joining CITYarts in celebrating 40 years of "Making a Difference
Through the Arts." |
