CITYarts welcomes talented local artists to apply to be lead artists for our mural projects. CITYarts artists lead youth in workshops as they develop ideas for a mural, work with students to design a mural incorporating student ideas, and guide students through the mural painting process.

Current Projects Seeking Artists

Brooklyn pediatric center - fall/spring 2026-27

We are looking for a Brooklyn-based artist to lead workshops and collaborate with high school students to create an outdoor mural to be located at a Pediatric Center.. The workshops will take place from early Fall 2026 to Spring 2027 at two schools located in Brooklyn, ideally once a week, depending on the school’s schedule.
