Gregg Louis (born 1983) is a multidisciplinary American artist born in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his BFA in Painting from Missouri State University in 2006 and his MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City in 2009. That same year he was an artist-in-residence at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture.

He works across painting, sculpture, drawing, video, and installation, with his work engaging themes of perception, existentialism, and the construction and destruction of belief systems. His practice explores the boundary between representation and abstraction, drawing on influences including Surrealism, Pop Art, and Conceptualism.

He has had solo exhibitions at Nohra Haime Gallery in New York, NH Galería in Cartagena, Colombia, Hverfisgallerí in Reykjavik, Iceland, and the Foundry Art Centre in St. Charles, Missouri, among other venues. His group exhibition history includes Frieze London, Vienna Contemporary, ArtBo in Bogotá, Postmasters Gallery in New York, Galerist in Istanbul, and Interstate Projects in Brooklyn. He is represented by Nohra Haime Gallery in New York. His work has been covered by the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Sculpture Magazine. He currently lives and works in St. Louis, Missouri.
